BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Colgate women's soccer team played to a 0-0 draw with Lehigh on Saturday night.

Colgate had some solid scoring chances in the opening period but weren't able to break through. The tie marked the Raiders first of the year and keeps them unbeaten in league play, as they sit with a conference mark of 1-0-1.

Jenna Panepinto led Colgate with four shots, while
Sidney Parodie and
Sarah Coy registered three shots each.
Erin Cummings recorded three saves throughout the contest as well.

Colgate jumped on the attack early and fired two strong shots on frame within the opening seven minutes. Unfortunately, neither found the back of the net. The Raiders continued their offensive push recording five more shots to the Mountain Hawks' two in the first half.

In the second 45 minutes though, the Mountain Hawks registered eight shots to Colgate's two, but again couldn't notch the go-ahead tally.

Neither team netted a goal in regulation, forcing overtime. Despite three solid chances from Colgate in the two overtime periods, the Raiders and Mountain Hawks played to a 0-0 draw.

The Raiders next matchup is on Wednesday when Boston U. heads to town for a rematch of the 2014 Patriot League title game. The contest is slated for 7 p.m. on Beyer-Small '76 Field and will be broadcast live on Time Warner Cable Sports.
