Raiders Pull Within Three in Second Half before Falling 64-52

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Colgate made a run at Navy in the second half before dropping a 64-52 decision here Saturday.

The Raiders trailed 39-25 at halftime but used a 7-0 run to pull within 50-47 when Missy Repoli nailed a 3-pointer with 5:49 remaining. But Navy scored the game's next eight points and Colgate never drew closer the rest of the way.

Navy entered the game leading the Patriot League in 3-pointers made per game, and the Mids lived up to that scouting report. They finished 11-of-25 from 3-point distance for a season-high by a Raiders' opponent.

Carole Harris scored 12 points and Josie Stockill added 11 – Stockill's all came in the second half – to lead the Colgate scoring. Navy's Chloe Stapleton and Taylor Dunham paced all scorers with 15 apiece.
