BALTIMORE – Colgate swept past Loyola 3-0 Sunday to pull even on its three-game fall break road swing.
The Raiders (9-7, 3-3 Patriot) won 25-20, 25-13, 25-12.
Colgate scored the final six points of the opening set to put the sweep in motion. After that, it was all Raiders.
Kenzie Hume was Colgate's kills leader with eight, and the senior finished with a .538 attack percentage.

Kathleen Harris posted six kills apiece, and
Brooke Shupryt-Knoop added four.
The Raiders continue their road trip Monday at Bucknell in a 4 p.m. start.

.Set Breakdowns• Colgate in the opening set grabbed leads of 6-3 and 14-11, but Loyola kept it close. The Greyhounds put together a late 4-1 run to take a 19-18 lead, their first since it was 9-8. But trailing 20-19, Colgate tied the set on a kill by Harris. The sophomore then served out the set as Colgate won the last six points in a 25-20 victory.
• Loyola rallied from an early deficit to tie the score 4-4 before Colgate broke loose. The Raiders scored four straight and seven of the next eight points for an 11-5 lead. It was 12-8 when Colgate reeled off eight consecutive to make it 20-8. The Raiders cruised from there for the 25-13 decision.
• The third set was a steadier dose of Colgate dominance. The Raiders led 5-3 when they put together five straight points for a 10-3 edge. Loyola was still within 16-10 when Colgate posted four straight winners. That was the start of a closing 9-2 run that iced the match, 25-12.
More Key Info• Colgate dominated the stat sheet, finishing with a .256 team attack percentage. The Raiders had 11 kills in the first set, 11 in the second and 10 in the third. Loyola, meanwhile, finished with a team attack percentage of .076, including .000 in the final set.

Turning Point• Late in the first set, Loyola 20-19. But a kill by Harris evened the score, and then Harris took over on the serve as Colgate took over the game.
• Kills by Hume sandwiched around a Harris ace made the score 23-20, and Loyola gift-wrapped the set from there with a pair of ball-handling errors.
• Colgate captured the opening set 25-20, and it was smooth sailing from there.
Gate Grab Bag• The Raiders improved to 5-0 all-time against Loyola.
