The Colgate women's basketball team will travel to Bucknell for a Patriot League contest on Wednesday, Feb. 8. The game is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Sojka Pavilion and will be streamed live on Patriot League All-Access.

LAST TIME OUT
The Colgate women's basketball team fell behind early and could not regroup in time as it dropped a Patriot League contest to American 70-47 Saturday afternoon at Bender Arena.
Junior
Jhazmine Lynch led the Raiders with 12 points and four rebounds, while senior
Tricia Oakes added nine points and seven boards. The previous two games, Colgate had turned the ball over a combined 16 times. The pressure from American forced the Raiders into 21 turnovers. American also outrebounded Colgate 40-32.
SCOUTING BUCKNELL (2-21, 0-8)
Bucknell women's basketball continued to play its opponents close to the end, but the Bison again came up short in a 60-56 loss to Army at Christl Arena on Saturday afternoon. Bucknell (2-21, 0-8 PL) put up a strong rebounding effort and Lindsay Horbatuck tied a career high with 15 points, but Army (11-12, 5-3 PL) was too much from beyond the 3-point line to secure the win.
Horbatuck's 15 points came on 6-of-8 shooting. Alyssa Dunn joined her in double-figures with 14 and Rachel Voss with 10. Horbatuck also led Bucknell in rebounding with seven.
THE SERIES AGAINST BUCKNELL
This will be the 57th meeting between Colgate and Bucknell, with Bucknell leading the all-time series 36-20. The last time the two squads met Colgate got the win on the road 73-66.
Tricia Oakes who claimed her second double-double of the season with 11 points and 11 rebounds, while
Missy Repoli scored a career-high 14 points led Colgate.
Jhazmine Lynch also pitched in 14 points to go along with three assists and three steals, while
Mariah Jones scored 11 points and
Kelly Korkowski added a season-high 10.
OAKES NAMED PL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Colgate senior
Tricia Oakes was named the Patriot League Anaconda Player of the Week following her performance against Lafayette and Holy Cross. This is the second time Oakes has received this honor and fifth weekly award for the Raiders this season.
Oakes exploded for quite possibly the finest week of her career, as she averaged 21.5 points and 13.5 rebounds per game. She collected a career-high 25 points and 17 rebounds in Saturday's 74-69 win over Holy Cross, while scoring 18 points with 10 rebounds on Wednesday at Lafayette.
WELCOME TO MY BLOCK PARTY
Senior forward
Kelly Korkowski is moving up the Colgate women's basketball record books. Korkowski is currently tied for fifth with Lori Peretta all-time with 79 blocks. Senior
Tricia Oakes is also moving up as she currently sits sixth all-time with 77.
800-500 CLUB
Senior
Tricia Oakes recently became just the fifth Raider to score 800 or more points and grab 500 or more rebounds in a career. Oakes currently has 869 points and 523 rebounds.
THREE FOR ALL
Senior
Candice Green has made 85 career three pointers, which places her seventh all-time in the Colgate record books. Green is just 16 shy of becoming the seventh Raider to make 100 or more three-pointers in a career.
A LITTLE ASSISTANCE
Candice Green is also moving up the record books in assists with 243. She is just 17 helpers behind Megan Ballard for 10th all-time at Colgate. Green is currently averaging 3.4 assists per game this season that ranks fourth in the Patriot League.
RAIDERS LOVE THE CHARITY STRIPE
The Colgate women's basketball team currently ranks second in the Patriot League in free-throw's by making 72.3 percent from the foul line, only trailing Lehigh by 0.1 percent. Junior guard
Jhazmine Lynch is second in Patriot League free throw percentage shooting 75% from the foul line behind Lisa Strack from American.
COLGATE TO "PLAY 4KAY" ON SATURDAY
The Colgate University women's basketball team will join the WBCA's "Play 4Kay" initiative by holding a pink game on Saturday, Feb. 11, when the Raiders host Lehigh at 4 p.m. at Cotterell Court. The game will also be televised live on Time Warner Cable Sports.
The Women's Basketball Coaches Association began "Play 4Kay," formerly known as "Pink Zone" and "Think Pink," in 2007 in memory of former North Carolina State head women's basketball coach Kay Yow as an initiative to raise breast cancer awareness in women's basketball, on campuses and in communities.
