Basketball Game Central
HAMILTON – The Colgate men's basketball game against Central New York rival Cornell has been moved to 6 p.m. Saturday in Newman Arena.
The Raiders were scheduled to travel the 65 miles down to play the Big Red at 7 p.m. on Saturday. However due to a Cornell men's and women's basketball doubleheader, the game will now be at 6 p.m.
The series with Cornell is the second longest in Colgate men's basketball history, entering their 124th meeting. The Raiders series with Syracuse is currently the longest, hitting their 165th game this past Sunday. The last time Colgate and Cornell faced off was during the 2007-08 season with the Raiders taking the 76-73 win in Ithaca, N.Y. However the Big Red lead the overall series 70-53.
