HAMILTON, N.Y. (3/12/09)—The Colgate University men's lacrosse travels to Connecticut this weekend to face-off against Fairfield on Saturday, March 14. The game is set for 3 p.m. at Lessing Field.
The Raiders and Stags are facing off for the fourth time with Fairfield owning a 2-1 advantage. The Raiders won the first contest in 1997 before dropping the next two meetings including a 9-8 loss in Vero Beach, Fla. in 2004.
The Raiders (2-3, 1-0) are coming off a home win against Holy Cross (22-9). The Raider offense is led by senior attacker

Tim Harrington (Lutherville, Md.) is 2-3 on the season and sports a 10.18 goals against average and .536 save percentage. He is averaging 10.40 saves per game.
The Stags enter this weekend 2-1 after a 5-4 win against Rutgers. Chris Ajemian and Brent Adams lead the team with seven points apiece, while John Snellman and Logan Rausse each have four. Steve Golmont leads in face-off with a .528, while Charlie Cipriano leads the way between the pipes 2-1 with a .556 save percentage.
