HAMILTON, N.Y. (1/6/09) – Postseason football awards continue to come in for Colgate University senior offensive tackle Nick Hennessey (Danvers, MA).  He was recently named to the College Sporting News Fabulous Fifty Division I FCS All-American team, and to the Sports Network All-America team.

Earlier, Hennessey was named to the American Football Coaches Association, Walter Camp Football Foundation and Associated Press All-America teams.

Colgate freshman running back Nate Eachus (Drums, PA) was an honorable mention selection for Freshman of the Year by the College Sporting News.  Eachus was Colgate's second leading rusher with 932 yards and 10 touchdowns.  He was the Patriot League Rookie of the Year in 2008.

Senior running back Jordan Scott (Hyattsville, MD) received honorable mention honors on the Sports Network All-America team.  Scott finished his career as the fifth all-time leading rusher in FCS history with 5,621 yards.
