Before Colgate
Chambers joins the Raiders after most recently serving as the assistant women's basketball coach at Macalester College in St. Paul, Mn. While at Macalester, Chambers helped develop the MIAC Offensive Player of the Year, one MIAC All-Conference selection, six All-Academic student-athletes, and one 1,000 point scorer.

Prior to her role at Macalester, Chambers served as the assistant coach at Randolph College in Lynchburg, Va. In her two seasons at Randolph Chambers coached one First Team All-Conference selection, two All-State selections, two ODAC Rookies of the Year, and two VASID Rookies of the Year, and three 1,000 point scorers.

Chambers played four years of college basketball at Averett University in Danville, Va. where she was a member of the most successful team in program history. She helped clinch the USA South Conference East Division Regular Season Title in the 2018-19 season and was awarded the Outstanding Service Award three times while being a senior captain. 

After graduating from Averett University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine & Coaching and minor in Communications, Chambers completed her masters degree at Randolph College in Coaching and Sports Leadership.
