Senior Year (2014-15): Outdoor Track: Competed in three of the seven meets … Ran a season-best time of 2:30.91 in the 800m run at the Hamilton College Invitational …N otched another season-best time in the 400m dash, finishing with a time of 1:05.41 at the Holy Cross Invitational. Indoor Track: Competed in one meet … Ran a season-best time in the 3000m run, finishing with a time of 12:40.01 at the Upstate Challenge ... Named to the Patriot League and Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Junior Year (2013-14): Squad member ... Did not compete ... Named to the Raiders Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Year (2012-13): Outdoor Track: Participated in five of the Raiders six meets ... Ran a lifetime best in the 1,500 meters at the UConn Invitiational with a time of 4:57.13 ... Also ran a season-best in the 800m at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:15.29 ... Finished seventh out of 63 runners in the 800m at the Greyhound Invite on April 20. Indoor Track: Competed in the 4x800 meters at both the Upstate Challenge and Kane Invitational ... Earned third place in both races with a season-best time at the Kane Invite, crossing the finish line in 9:49.26 ... Named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll for both seasons. 

Freshman Year (2011-12): Outdoor Track: Competed primarily in distance events ... Ran a season-best time of 2:22.03 in the 800-meter run at the Patriot League Championships. Indoor Track: Squad member ... Did not compete.

Before Colgate: A three-year letter winner in cross country and track and field at Staples High School ... She was named captain for Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Oudoor Track and recieved the Coach's Award for both XC and Indoor, and Team MVP for Outdoor track her senior year ... In addition she was named Scholar Athlete of the Year for Outdoor Track ... She recieved All-FCIAC awards in the 4x400m relay in 2010 ... Hanrahan also earned All-New England Honors in the 4x800 relay in 2010, and in the 4x400m relay (Winter and Spring of 2011).

Personal: Emily was born in Greenwich, Conn., to Mark and Mary Hanrahan ... She has two brothers, one of which, Devin, graduated from Colgate in 2008 ... Her major is mathematical economics.
