Noa joins the program with a strong foundation in coaching, athlete development, and exercise science, highlighted by his experience at the Division III level and in competitive recruiting environments.
Noa served as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the cross country and track & field programs at Ithaca College, where he contributed to daily training operations, athlete monitoring, and program organization. His responsibilities included designing and maintaining athlete training logs and performance dashboards to track training load, wellness metrics, and progression, as well as assisting in the development and adjustment of individualized and team training plans.
Noa has been involved extensively in meet management, assisting with high school indoor meets and collegiate competitions including the Ithaca College Quad Meet, Bomber Invitational, Liberty League Championships, and AARTFC Championships. His experience includes facility setup, timing operations, volunteer coordination, and supervision of student-athletes to ensure smooth and efficient meet execution.
Prior to Ithaca College, Noa served as a student intern with the SUNY Oneonta cross country and track & field programs, assisting with course setup, meet operations, and social media communication. He also worked as a counselor at the Duke University Cross Country Camp, leading groups of athletes and ensuring a positive and structured camp environment.
Noa earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Coaching from the State University of New York at Oneonta in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Exercise Science at Ithaca College, with an expected completion date of December 2025. He holds USATF Level 1 certification and is certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
