Bill Cleary completed his women's basketball staff for 2019-20 by naming
Sharay Hall an assistant coach in June 2019.
Hall came to the Raiders after two seasons as head coach at Pittsburg-Bradford in the NCAA Division III ranks. She inherited a young team but guided the Panthers to a combined record of 27-24 overall and 21-15 in conference, including back-to-back appearances in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference semifinals.
Hall developed four All-Conference selections at Pitt-Bradford, highlighted by Ali Rinfrette. The senior finished third in the nation in scoring at 22.5 per game and capped her career with 2,099 points.
Before earning her first head coaching position, Hall served as an assistant coach at West Virginia Wesleyan and Frostburg State after spending one season as the graduate assistant at Clarion.
The Philadelphia native played her collegiate basketball at Lock Haven, earning All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Second Team honors in her senior season of 2012. Hall earned a degree in psychology before staying on at Lock Haven to earn a master's in sports and exercise psychology in 2014.
She attended the 2011 NCAA Career in Sports Forum among other professional development conferences.
