At Colgate

Adrienne Nardone was named the Director of Softball Operations/Assistant Coach in June 2024.

Colgate improved its win total by 11 games in 2026, finishing 29-27 overall for its most wins since 2004. The Raiders finished 13-5 in Patriot League play to secure the No. 2 seed in the postseason tournament and advanced to their first conference championship round since 2011.

During the historic 2026 season, Colgate broke six team records, six individual records, and five first-year records. Notably, the Raiders shattered the Patriot League record for home runs in a season (88), a mark they previously had held at 40. The Raiders' success was backed by five All-Patriot League selections, the most in a single-season in 15 years.

Prior to Colgate

Nardone most recently graduated from Colgate University in 2024 after a stellar five-year career for the Raiders. The three-time All-Patriot League Second Team selection hit a career .294 with 109 RBIs and 23 home runs, ranking fifth in the Raider record book for most home runs in a career. She is also one of only six players in program history to hit more than 100 RBIs.

Nardone boasts two degrees from Colgate University, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Teaching and Elementary Education.
