Junior Year (2005-06): Cross Country—The Raiders’ top runner in all six of his races … Recorded the second fastest 8k race in Colgate history with a personal best time of 24:18 to finish 12th of 295 runners at the Paul Short Invitational … Became just the fifth Colgate runner to qualify for the NCAA Championships … Finished 121st of 253 runners at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championship … Earned second all-region honor with ninth-place performance at NCAA Northeast Regional Championship … Finished in third place at Patriot League Championship meet to earn all-Patriot League honors for the second consecutive season … Won the Oneonta Invitational. Indoor Track: Captured his first Patriot League Indoor Track title, winning the 5000 at the Patriot League Championship in 14:40.44 … Took third in the 3000 at the Patriot League Championship … Ran an IC4A qualifying time of 8:15.80 for fifth place in the 3000 at the Valentine’s Day Invitational … Earned third-place honors in the 3000 at the IC4A Championship meet with a season-best time of 8:12.33. Sophomore Year (2004-05): Cross Country—Was Colgate’s top runner all season…earned All-East honors at IC4A Championship with fourth-place finish…became third Raider to earn NCAA All-Northeast accolades with a 16th place finish at regional qualifier…finished fifth at Patriot League Championships to garner All-Patriot League first-team accolades…won the Binghamton Invitational...turned in a personal-best 8k time of 24.49.30 to take 13th at Maine’s Murray Keatinge Invitational…earned runner-up honors at Albany Invitational…shared Most Outstanding Athlete award with Nate Rosenthal. Indoor track—Won the mile at the Cornell Upstate Challenge with a personal-best time of 4:22.33…finished fifth in 5,000 at Patriot League Championships and was member of third-place distance medley relay team…crossed the line third in the 1,000 at Black Knight Invitational…won the mile at Class of 32 Invitational…clocked a season-best mile time of 4:16.39 at St. Valentine’s Invitational. Outdoor track—Patriot League Champion in 10,000 with a time of 30:53.07 and medaled in 5,000 with third-place finish (14:44.25)…clocked the second fastest 5,000 in Colgate history with a time of 14:32.44 at Sam Howell Invitational…runner-up in 5,000 at Holy Cross Quad meet…earned track Excellence Award.
