Outdoor Track: Ran in 7 meets...Won the 1500m run at the Maryland Invitational...Ran personal best 1:53.65 in 800m at West Point Twilight...Finished second in the 1500m at the UB Alumni Invitational
Indoor Track: Ran in 6 meets… Earned Patriot League Rookie of the Meet at the Patriot League Indoor Track Championships...Broke the Freshman record in the mile with a time of 4:07.90 at the IC4A/ECAC indoor Championships…. Member of the men’s distance medley relay at the Patriot League Indoor Championships earning a 3rd place finish and breaking the school record with a collective time of 9:53.21…Placed 4th in the mile at the Patriot league Indoor Championships…  Finished 1st and ran a personal best in the 3K with a time of 8:47.43 at the Southern Tier Invite.

Before Colgate
Earned a plethora of awards as a high school cross country student-athlete (2023 Nike Indoor Nationals All American, New Balance Indoor Nationals All American, All Inter-Academic League First-Team, and more) … Holds the school record at Episcopal Academy in the 3200m, 4x800m, and in the DMR…Led his team to 3 Delaware County championships (2019, 2021, and 2022) … Also was a national champion in the DMR at Nike Indoor Nationals.
