She also previously served as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists, gaining hands-on experience in rehabilitation, exercise progression, and patient care.

A former Division I student-athlete, Winn earned a track and field scholarship to UMass Amherst and competed at the national level in the 60-meter and 200-meter events. During her collegiate career, she developed a deep understanding of sprint mechanics, training methodologies, and competitive preparation, while also assisting coaches with drill execution and supporting teammate development. Winn competed in track and field from 2009–2014 and brings strong expertise in block starts, reaction time, and sprint technique.

Winn earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Syracuse University in 2017 and completed her Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant at SUNY Onondaga Community College in 2022, graduating with Provost’s List honors. Her combined experience as a clinician and elite athlete allows her to take a comprehensive approach to athlete health, development, and performance.
