In Bulagay's third season in Hamilton, the Raiders' throwers continued to develop in leaps and bounds. For the men, Bulagay helped develop Needham and Harrison Schlossberg into a solid pair for the Raiders that included a multitude of top-5 finishes and a win in the Hammer Throw for Schlossberg at the Hamilton Mid-Week.
