Dallas Pylinski was promoted to Director of Golf at Colgate's Seven Oaks Golf Club in March 2018. He joined Colgate Golf as an Assistant Coach in August 2017 while serving as First Assistant Golf Professional at Seven Oaks, where he joined the staff in 2015.
A native of nearby Edmeston, Pylinski worked from 2008-12 as an Assistant Golf Professional at Wheatley Hills Golf Club in East Williston, New York. He was the tournament director and golf shop manager for the club during his first two years at Wheatley Hills before transitioning to golf instruction, expert club fitting and tournament organization.
After spending a few years away from the golf business, Pylinski joined Seven Oaks and supports the club through management skills, merchandising, accounting, tournament organization and his responsibilities as Head of Instruction.
Pylinski is a 2006 graduate of SUNY Delhi’s Professional Golf Management program and served internships during college at Leatherstocking Golf Course in Cooperstown and Roaring Fork Golf Club in Basalt, Colorado. During his time at SUNY Delhi, Pylinski was a four-year member of the golf team.
After graduation, Pylinski spent two seasons at Chechessee Creek Club in Okatie, South Carolina, before taking the position at Wheatley Hills Golf Club.
