Raced in four meets…raced a 8k time of 27:55.2 in the ECAC/IC4A…crossed the finish line with a time of 28:35.6 in the Patriot League Championships…finished with a 10k time of 34:47.3 in the NCAA Regionals

Junior (2021)
Raced in all seven of Colgate’s meets…. placed eighth at the Harry Lang Invitational with a 6.4K time of 22:32.6…had a season-best 8K time of 27:48.5 at the Paul Short Invite…finished 33^rd at UAlbany recording a time of 27:55.6.

Sophomore (2020-21)
Competed in the only meet for Colgate … Placed 56th overall at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 25:02.4.

Freshman (2019) 
Competed in one race (Patriot League Championship) ... Posted a top-100 finish and a time of 29:37.9.

Before Colgate
Graduated with honors from Millburn High School…senior captain in cross country and track at Milburn…two-time All-Conference honoree in cross country and earned individual championships in the one-mile and two-mile runs…landed First Team All-Conference honors in track and field in 2019.
