In his collegiate debut, Ash raced a 20:53.4 in the Harry Lang Invitational... Finished in 51st place and helped Colgate place second in the Yellowjacket Invitational... Ended on a time of 27:50.5 in the 8k at the Paul Short run... Placed 71st with an 8k time of 27:09.7 at the Patriot League Championships. 

Before Colgate
Led Saranac Lake High School to a Class C State Championship in Cross Country in 2019 and 4 Sectional championships (2019-2022)... 4-time sectional championships in Track & Field (2019-2022)...Received Conference All-Star First-Team all four years...Also named Section 7 Sportsmanship Award winner in both Cross Country and Track & Field.
