ROCC exists to strengthen relationships between BIPOC student-athletes at Colgate University. This group fosters inclusivity. We aim to support and empower each other, and amplify the voices of BIPOC. We support one another as we navigate the challenges faced by BIPOC who attend our institution. ROCC collaborates with student groups across campus, engaging in ways to positively build community on our campus.

The ROCC organization conducts numerous activities/events throughout each academic year, to provide opportunities for student-athletes of color to engage with each other with the five (5) core values -- Solidarity, Inclusivity, Wellness, Community, & Celebration. Here are some annual events that ROCC lead and/or collaborate with other infinity organizations with below:
