Continuing the effort to support a safe and healthy community in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic,
Colgate University is prohibiting outside fan attendance at all athletic competitions this semester. Fans are welcome to follow the action from the comfort of their homes, as games are available for streaming on
ESPN+.
Â
Additionally, tailgating is not permitted anywhere on Colgate's campus, and all athletic venues and associated parking lots (Andy Kerr/Class of 1965 Arena, Reid Athletic Center, Tyler’s Field, and the Andy Kerr Grass Field Lot) are closed to the public on game days. Colgate Athletics is working with guidance from New York State, the Patriot League, and Colgate Student Health Services to support our return to intercollegiate competition.

Colgate Visitor Policy
Â
To limit the possibility of transmission from outside of the Community, guests are not permitted on campus without approval, including family members.
Â
At this time, the Patriot League has not developed a standard spectator policy across league schools. Thus, state, local and campus regulations will guide spectator policies. Colgate supporters are encouraged to be mindful of the carefully orchestrated efforts undertaken by Colgate campus community members to eradicate and control Covid transmission among their ranks, and are discouraged from making physical contact with Colgate community members throughout the semester in order to preserve the opportunity for in-person instruction and intercollegiate athletics competition.
