The link below will take you to our online recruiting questionnaire. Regardless of your high school graduation year, we encourage you to fill it out. This is the first step in the recruiting process and the information you enter will allow us to get to know you better. Keep in mind that if you are not yet a senior, we cannot call you until July 1st preceding your senior year in high school. You can, however, contact us at any time and we can have unlimited email exchanges.
Please be as accurate as possible, but feel free to leave out any information that is not applicable. After clicking the submit button, you will get a summary of the information you entered. Please print this and keep for your records. You may update any of the information you enter today by returning to the online questionnaire, entering your First Name and Last Name and entering any new information. This may be important if you improve your times, grades and test scores, or change contact information.
Note that there are some places where you can upload files. This is for if you have a digital copy (PDF, DOC, MPEG, etc) of your personal bio, a picture, or any other relevant file.
