Best Meets: Placed second in her 50 Yard Freestyle Final at the Patriot League Championships with a season best time of 24.71 ... Also set a personal best in the 500 Yard Freestyle with a time of 5:00.97 in her collegiate finale. 

2018-19 (Junior)

Best Meets: Had a season best time of 5:31.02 in the 500 Yard Freestyle in the dual against St. Francis. 

2017-18 (Sophomore)

Best Meets: At the Patriot League Championships, recorded season best times in both the 200 free and 500 free ... Also at the same meet recorded season best times in both the 200-yard free and 500-yard free with times of 1.55.02 and 5.09.24.

2016-17 (Freshman)

Best Meets: Was a member of the sixth place 800 freestyle relay team at Patriot League Championships with a time of 1:33.98… Set a new Colgate freshman and varsity record in the 100-yard IM with a time of 1:00.11 in the B Final at the Magnus Cup.
 
Before Colgate
Adams helped her New Trier High School team win two straight Illinois State Championships in 2012 and 2013… was a three-year varsity letter recipient…won a conference championship in the 100 fly and was a two-time Central Suburban League All-Conference First Team selection in 2013 and 2014…swam for her club team, New Trier Swim Club in Winnetka, the last four years, including year-round her senior year… two-time NCSA qualifier in the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle, 100 butterfly and 200 individual medley, as well as a Winter Junior Nationals relay qualifier (400 free, 400 medley), and a top-8 finisher at the 2015 Illinois Senior Championship in the 100 freestyle…was a member of New Trier High School's Honor Society, received the Service and Leadership Award through her tutoring in the Reading and Writing Center and was awarded by the Girl Scouts of America the Gold Award and Silver Award, the two highest honors for the Girl Scouts.
