Cross Country: Ran in all seven races during the season ... Started the year with a seventh place finish at the Harry Lang Invitational with a time of 22:22.7 ... Was first on the team at the UAlbany Invite with his 19th place time of 27:10.2 ... Was the first Raider to cross the line at the NCAA Northeast Regionals with a 186th place time of 36:54.3 ... Ran a PR time of 25:03 at the 8K course at the ECAC Championships. 

Sophomore Year (2017-18)
Outdoor Track: Competed in eight meets... Placed first in the 1,500 meters at the Hamilton College Mid-Week Invitational with a personal-best time of 4.11.99... Helped the 4x400 meter team place second in the Lafayette 8-Way Invitational with a time of 3.28.32... Placed second in a personal-best time of 4.39.41 in the mile at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational. 
Indoor Track: Competed in six meets... Placed second in the 1,000 meters at the Colgate University Class of 1932 Invitational with a personal-best time of 2.34.00... At the same meet helped the 4x800 meter team place first with a time of 8.11.06... Placed third in the 800 meters at the Cornell Upstate Challenge with a time of 2.01.28.
