Lang Invitational on Sept. 5 after posting a time of 19:10.3 ... Finished Colgate's best runner again at the Yellowjacket Invitational when she clocked in with a time of 23:58.1 ... Notched a time of 23:25 at the Paul Short Invite, before earning the 54th spot at the Albany Invitational with a time of 19:30.6 ... Competed at the Patriot League Championship on Oct. 31, registering a time of 23:36.8 to secure 57th place ... Named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll ... Earned the team's Dorothy Fullam '32 Leadership Award.

Junior Year (2014): Competed in all seven races this season … Finished as Colgate’s best runner in six of the seven events on the year … Registered a season-best time of 18:55.4 at the Albany Invitational, finishing 15th overall … Was Colgate’s top runner at the Paul Short Invitational, where she ran a time of 23:16 and finished 100th overall … Posted another top performance at the Patriot League Championship, running a time of 22:39.30 and finishing 58th overall … Finished as Colgate’s top runner once again in the NCAA Northeast Regional, where she finished with a time of 23:13.2 … Recorded one of her season-best times at the IC4A/ECAC Championship, finishing 45th overall with a time of 19:23.8 ??? Named to the Patriot League and Raider Academic Honor Roll and to Colgate's Dean’s Award List ... Earned the team's Most Valuable Player Award.

Sophomore Year (2013): Ran in all five races this season ... Finished as Colgate's second-best runner in three meets and third-best in two ... Posted a season-best time of 23:23.09 at the Leopard Invitational on Oct. 19 ... Recorded a top performance at the Paul Short Invitational as well, crossing the finish line in 23:31 ... Finished the Patriot League Championships in a time of 23:51.94 for 54th place ... Named to the Raider and Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Freshman Year (2012): Competed in all six races this season ... Tallied a season-best 18th place twice ... In her first collegiate race, she placed 18th at the Harry Lang Invitational with a time of 16:52 ... She also notched an 18th place finish at the Leopard Invitational on Oct. 13, when she crossed the finish line in 22:15 for a career-best ... Finished 35th at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 24:39.4 ... Ran at the NCAA Northeast Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 9 ... Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll and to the Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Before Colgate: Holland was a four-year letterwinner in all twelve seasons combined of Cross Country and Indoor and Outdoor Track during her time at San Francisco's University High School ... During her high school career she garnered Bay County All-League Honors all four years, All North Coast Section First Team honors in 2010, and All North Coast Section Second Team honors in 2011 ... Holland was University High School's 2012 Athlete of the Year, and helped her XC squad to win three California State Championships in a row (2009, 2010, 2011) ... Her personal records include 11:14 for the 3200m, and 18:42 for the 5k XC course ... In addition, Holland is a co-founder of KEEN (Kids Enjoy Exercise Now) and admissions coordinator at University High School.
