Best Games: Picked up first win of the season in season-opener vs. Georgetown (Feb. 17) after throwing 6.0 innings and giving up three runs with three strikeouts … struck out a season-high five batters against Ole Miss (Feb. 24) … picked up the victory over Monmouth (March 16) after 2.1 strong innings of relief … didn’t allow an earned run in 5.0 innings of work to collect a victory over Yale (March 19) … threw a complete game against Lafayette (April 15) … earned the win against Lehigh (May 6) after keeping the Mountain Hawks scoreless for the first 2.1 innings of action.

Was a four-year letterwinner from Arnold O. Beckman High School and was a three-time Pacific Coast league Pitcher of the Year (2012-14) ... Had a .262 batting average during senior season and was voted team captain during for final two years ... As a senior pitcher, held a record of 14-9-2 with a 1.92 ERA and threw one no-hitter ... Griswold was named a three-time Pacific Coast First Team member, a two-time All-County First Team honoree and an All-CIF Southern Section Third Team recipient ... Team won back-to-back Pacific Coast League Championships in 2013 and 2014 ... Also played one year with the Cal Lite summer team, while also seeing action with Firecracker Snyder (2012-13) and the Irvine Sting (2011) ... Griswold was also teamed the team’s MVP in 2013 and 2014.
