Senior Year (2012-13): Selected to her fourth-straight All-Patriot League First Team ... placed fourth in her first individual event of Patriot League Championships with a time of 1:50.36 in the 200 free ... took home second in the 100 back at 56.01 seconds ... ended up fourth in the 200 back, swimming it in 2:00.66 ... was part of the 800 free relay that took home the title with a time of 7:23.27 as she swam the anchor leg ... earned her second title in the final race of the championships as the Raiders won the 400 free relay and she swam the anchor leg once again. 

Junior Year (2011-12): Named to her third straight first team Patriot League selection after winning the 200 Free and 200 Back at the Patriot League Championships…Swam a team-best in the 100 yard and 200 yard freestyle, and in the 200 Back, all of which came at the PL Championships…Swam a personal best in the 100 Back at 55.50…A member of the 400 Medley Relay team that finished in first place at five different meets and second at the PL Championships.

Sophomore Year (2010-11): Named first team All-Patriot League by winning the 100 back and second in the 200 back ... swam a personal best time of 55.63 seconds in the 100 back ... placed third in the 100 fly at the PL Championships with a time of 55.15 seconds ... her time was a personal best ... swam in the 200 back as well and posted a career-best of 1:59.96 for a second-place finish ... during the year, she also posted a personal best with at the FIU Invitational in the 50 fly at 27.70 ... she took fifth in the event.

Freshman Year (2009-10): Garnered first team all-Patriot League honors ... tallied three top 10 performances at the league championships ... set the Colgate freshman record and swam the third fastest time in school history with a winning time of 1:59.58 in the 200 back ... posted a 56.13 in the preliminaries of the 100 back to qualify for the final - the ninth fastest time in the program's history ... touched with a time of 56.27 in the final en route to a second place effort ... placed 10th in the 200 fly (2:05.10) ... swam an opening split of 55.79 in the 400 medley relay , which serves as the freshman record at Colgate ... posted three top 10 efforts at the ECAC Championships - sixth in the 100 back (56.28), eighth in the 100 fly (57.04) and ninth in the 200 back (2:01.83) ... teamed with Emma Santoro, Ryan Marynowski and Christy Butrus to break the freshman record in the 400 medley relay (4:01.20) ... broke the Lineberry pool record in the 200 back (2:04.36) and teamed with three others to do the same in the 400 medley relay (3:54.46).

High School: Was a four year letterwinner at Immaculate Heart Academy … Was a four-time all-league, all-county and all-state honoree … Received All-American accolades her senior year in the 200 and 400 free relay … Was a member of back-to-back New Jersey state title teams … Captured state titles in the 100 fly, 100 back, 200 medley relay and 400 free relay … Served as team captain her final two years …  Qualified for both the 2008 USA Swimming Junior National Championships as well as the Senior National event …  Was named to the 2008 Bergen Record all-North Jersey Team … Finished 19th in the 200 back and 38th in the 100 back at Junior Nationals …   Was ranked 18th in the country in the 200-meter back (2:18.23) and 32nd in the 100-meter back (1:05.23) at the age of 16 ... Also lettered two years in soccer.

Personal: Is the daughter of Enn and Linda Kunnapas …majoring in history.
