Junior Year (2011-12): Indoor: He posted his personal-best times in all three event this year, at the COlgate Universty Class of '32 Invitational he posted a time of 4:30.56 in the 1-mile run...At the Harvard Challenge Track Meet, he finished the 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:54.68...he also posted a time of 15:06.72 at the Geigenback Invitational in the 5,000-meter run...

Sophomore Year (2010-11): Outdoor: He participated in the distance events, at the Holy Cross Invitationals, he posted a personal-best time of 4:17.36 in the 1,500-meter run...at the Sea Ray Relays, he participated in the 5,000-meter run and finished with a time of 15:41.71... Indoor:  At the Patriot League Track & Field Championships, he participated in the 3,000-meter run and finished with a time of 8:56.74...At the Geigenback Invitational , he posted a time of 4:38.98 in the 1-mile run.

Freshman Year (2009-10): Outdoor: He participated in the distance events, he ran the 1,500-meter run at the CCU Shamrock and finished with a time of 4:25.45...he also ran the 5,000-meter run at the Holy Cross Quad and finished with a time of 15:58.98... Indoor:  He participated in the Patriot League Track & Field Championships and ran in the 3,000-meter run and posted a time of 9:14.75
