Sophomore Year (2004-05): Cross Country—Was consistently in Colgate’s top five runners…finished seventh at Binghamton Invitational…clocked a personal-record for 8k at Maine’s Murray Keatinge Invitational with a time of 26:48…took 10th at Harry Lang Invitational.

Freshman Year (2003-04): Received Colgate's Don Dunn Award for persistence ... Ran a personal-best 15:45.0 in the 5K.
