Outdoor Track: Ran in 5 meets...Finished fourth and set new personal best of 1:58.24 in 800m at Bison Outdoor Classic...Ran personal best 4:03.27 in 1500m run at UB Alumni Invitational
Indoor Track: Ran in 6 meets… Ran a personal best in the mile at the CNY Valentine Alternative with a time of 4:22.18… Member of the men’s 4x800m team at the Patriot League Indoor Championships… Member of the men’s 4x800m team with a 1st place finish at the CNY Valentine Alternative.

Before Colgate
Earned IMAC All-Conference Honoree (2021-23) for Track & Field and Honorable Mention for cross country in 2023… Minnesota All-State recipient for cross country in 2023…Was also named the Track & Field MVP in both 2022 and 2023… second all-time in Mounds Park Academy’s 4x400 and fourth all-time in the 1600m…Also competed in soccer and swimming for the Panthers.
