2018 (Freshman)

Season Highlights: Emerged as one of the top forwards for the Raiders this season… scored her first career goal in the Patriot League semifinals against Lehigh (Nov. 2) to earn All-Tournament honors…assisted on the game-winning goal against American (Sept. 30)…dished out assists in back-to-back wins against Cornell (Oct. 9) and Bucknell (Oct. 13)…took a season-high five shots against Cornell.
Before Colgate
Vaughn led her Atholton High School team to a Maryland 3A East Regional Championship as a senior in 2017. She was the leading scorer on the championship team, tallying 12 goals and nine assists, and earned first team All-State and team MVP honors. Vaughn was a two-time team captain and wrapped up her high school career as a two-time All-State and three-time first team All-County honoree with 25 career goals and 13 career assists. Vaughn also played four years with the Bethesda Soccer Club ECNL team, serving as team captain twice, and one year with Maryland United FC ECNL team. Strong in the classroom as well, Vaughn was a member of the National Honor Society.
