PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Colgate men's swimming and diving team continued action in the Bruno Invite Saturday at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center hosted by Brown.

JD Suarez captured the top finish of the day for the Raiders, taking sixth place in the A final of the 100 backstroke with a time of 50.12. Jack Schurtz-Ford bested his seeding time by more than a second to take the top spot in the B final after clocking in at 49.72. 

Scott Pejic found success in the 100 butterfly, qualifying for the A final and claiming a seventh-place time of 49.45, less than a half-second shy of a top-five finish. 

Colgate's 800 freestyle relay quartet featuring Suarez, Timothy Brooks, Gavin Perez, and Tyler Bosma came away with a seventh-place time of 6:55.28. The 200 medley relay squad of Suarez, Perez, Pejic, and Schurtz-Ford finished eighth (1:32.75).
