HAMILTON — Colgate Athletics is proud and excited to announce its official partnership with Super Coffee, a line of sugar free bottled coffees enhanced with protein and vitamins. Super Coffee's products will be available year round for all student-athletes at the Reid Athletic Center.

Super Coffee was founded in 2015 by the former captain of Colgate's football team, Jimmy DeCicco '15; the company is now the official coffee partner of Colgate Football. 

DeCicco and Fred '50 and Marilyn Dunlap Head Football Coach Stan Dakosty '05, have been working on this partnership for the past 12 months. Dakosty said, "We wanted this to be a partnership that mutually benefits our players while also achieving Super Coffee's marketing goals. We have a talented team this year and a high-profile schedule—a lot of people will be watching Colgate Football this season." 

Colgate Football opens its season this Saturday, Sept. 3 at FBS powerhouse Stanford.

Both DeCicco and Dakosty played for Colgate's football team and share an appreciation for the discipline and dedication that is required of all student-athletes at Colgate. They added, "We wished Super Coffee existed when we played—we were exhausted in class after morning workouts. We're grateful this generation of Colgate football student-athletes have Super Coffee as another fueling option."
