HAMILTON –
Colgate's Paige Kriftcher led four Raiders in double figures but it wasn't enough in a 71-58 loss Wednesday night to Boston University.

Kriftcher scored 19 and Ariel Etheridge added a career-high 18. For Kriftcher, it was her sixth straight game in double figures to extend her personal best streak. She leads the Raiders with 17 games scoring 10 points or more.

Kriftcher also reclaimed the top scoring spot on the team at 12.5, just ahead of Josie Stockill's 12.2. Stockill scored 10 points and blocked three shots, while Katie Curtis finished with 11 points.

Etheridge was 13-of-14 at the free throw line to lead a 20-of-25 performance for the team.

Colgate improved its season free-throw percentage to 72.7 as the Raiders attempt to break the program record for the second straight year. Last year's team finished at 72.0 to just eclipse the previous mark of 71.9 set by the 2003-04 Patriot League championship squad.

Boston University was led by Meghan Doogan's 23 points. Doogan started the game with 12 in the first quarter.
