Gate Fitness is Back!!

HAMILTON, N.Y - Gate Fitness is Back! As the 2013 semester gets under way, the Trudy Fitness Center is in full swing.  The 'Gate Fitness group exercise schedule has officially been released, and all classes are open to students, faculty/staff, and Trudy Fitness Center community members.  There is no registration required, all classes are first come-first serve.

Trudy Fitness Center Hours

Monday - Thursday6:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
