One day after winning a gold medal with Team Canada at the 2018 World Junior Championships in Buffalo, New York, sophomore goaltender Colton Point recorded 37 saves in Colgate's 4-0 shutout of the Princeton Tigers at Class of 1965 Arena. It was Point's third shutout of the season, and second against the Tigers, a team that he has made 80 saves without giving up a goal against. Point is the first player in program history to win a gold medal at the World Junior Championships.
