Nick Austin became the first Colgate men's ice hockey freshman defenseman to record two goals in the same game since Jeremy Price during the 2009-10 season. In addition to his great play on the blue-line, Austin also blocked five shots defensively, the third most in the league overall and the most among league rookies.
