Lauren La Terra was named the Corvias Patriot League Rookie of the Week after posting a strong outing for Colgate Softball.
 
La Terra garnered her first weekly award by helping the Raiders to a 3-2 week, which included a 2-1 series win over league opponent Holy Cross. The first-year infielder also slugged her third collegiate home run in a 7-6 win over Binghamton, going 3-for-3 at the plate.
 
The Scottsdale, Arizona, native finished the week hitting .455 (5-for-11), including two doubles and a home run while scoring three and driving in four.
