HAMILTON, N.Y. (6/10/10) – Colgate University senior Lauren Schmetterling (Moorestown, N.J.) was recently named to the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) All-America Second Team.

“It is truly an honor to have Colgate represented in the CRCA All-American list,” stated head coach Gregory Kruczynski. “It is also a testament to how hard Lauren worked to put herself in a position to be named Colgate's second ever rowing All-American.”

Schmetterling was also named to the CRCA Mid-Atlantic Region First Team after winning the collegiate double sculls title at the US Rowing Collegiate Championships on Lake Mercer.
