Eaton lettered four years in volleyball, three in softball and two in basketball. She was a two-year softball captain who posted a career batting average of .367. Eaton during her senior year batted .404 and helped the Raiders win the 1981 NYS AIAW championship. For those efforts, Eaton was named to the NYS Championship All-Tournament Team.
