Hilary Meyer was a standout athlete in field hockey and lacrosse. She lettered four years in both sports as a goaltender. In her senior year of lacrosse, Hilary was named the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year for the second straight season. The fourtime first team all-league performer was also a three-time regional AllAmerican. She was second in the nation in save percentage and established a school single season save percentage record of 69 percent. She concluded her career as the Raiders all-time winningest goalie with 39 victories. A member of the Patriot League All-Decade Team (90-99), Meyer was named to the 1998-99 United States Development Team. As a member of the field hockey team, Hilary was three time allPatriot League and twice Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year. A member of the Patriot League All-Decade Team, she finished first in career wins with 37, and second in shutouts with 13. She also was named twice to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Academic All-American squad. In the classroom, Hilary graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors in Psychology. She was a Charles A. Dana Scholar and George Cobb Fellowship recipient. In her senior year, Hilary was an ECAC Merit Medal winner and was voted to the CoSIDA District I All-Academic At-Large Team. In 2015, Meyer was named to the Patriot League 25th all-anniversary team in field hockey and lacrosse.
