Men's Rowing

The de facto national championship in Division I men's rowing is the Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championships, and the 2004 Raiders won the first IRA gold in program history with their victory in the varsity four without coxswain (Ryan Cole '04, David Galos '05, Paul Kelly '05 and Mike McCarthy '05). Colgate posted a time of 6:43.07 to clip second-place Yale by three seconds on the Cooper River in Camden, New Jersey.
